Do not order a salad from this location and expect it to be made correctly. In addition to not including toppings, they deliberately do not give you the salad dressing even though it is specified on the order and in the notes section (online order). The salad dressing is delicious and so this is an issue.
The customer service was AMAZING!!! LESLIE and the manager SHAY were very professional and helpful with my order! They welcomed me with a smile and greet! Store was very clean and food was all hot and fresh! Just what I needed from a long hot day at work!
Avoid this location if at all possible. Went late afternoon on a Saturday so not that busy. The staff is rude, slow and unmotivated. The food is inconsistent. Sometimes your salad has a lot of lettuce and sometimes almost none. Ingredients like guacamole and queso are allowed to run out and get old in the containers making them look very unappetizing. The trash wasn't emptied and the tables were dirty. Was gonna eat there but ended up taking my food with me and then not eating it. Lots of better food in Addison so give this one a miss.
Today they were out of lettuce. Which is fine except I ordered and paid online, was not informed except via a sign on the order shelf once I was at the location and not at all offered any sort of compensation for future purchases. If I knew beforehand I wouldn’t have made the purchase. But I had already paid and so now I have to live with receiving a product that is not what I paid for.UPDATE: having ordered a veggie bowl having no lettuce is obviously disappointing. However given that there is a recall the fact that there are BARELY any fajita veggies is just poor customer service. I don’t think anyone would appreciate paying for just a bowl of beans and rice. I will be making a point to never return to this location.
Our cashier Adara, was amazing and the food is great as always. The preparer's personality left a lot to be desired, but like a good teammate Adara recovered the fumble.. well played Adara, 5stars!
The food is good, the price is reasonable. The dining area is clean and bright. The restroom is very clean. Good place for a quick meal. Some of their locations given little food such as Midway & LBJ, not recommend that location.
Chipotle is my all time favorite. This location is nice too
It’s a Chipotle so you know what to expect. While the portion size was pretty generous, my rice was over cooked. Over cooked rice is just sad. But at least it filled my tummy. Other than that, the place was clean, no crazy people, decent music, friendly staff. Bottom line: It’s a Chipotle. So if you need something filling and quick, I’d come back.
I visited this chipotle on 10/22/2019. I placed my order online at 10:00 AM for pick up at 12:15 PM. When I received my order ALL items in my bowl was cold. The rice - cold. The steak - cold. The corn - cold. I have never experienced this at another Chipotle so I know that this location does food prep incorrectly.
What is going on with the $hitty quality of chicken at (all locations) Chipotle??? The color is not normal. It’s friggen grey when it’s not burned. And it’s about 59% balls of fat/ inedible pieces. I already leaned towards Freebirds, they have much more choice wise INCLUDING pure chicken breast or dark mix. Get it together, Chipotle.
Food was good but the customer service was some of the worse I have experienced in my entire life. (That bad) wasn't greeted one employee was on the phone while cashiering, nasty attitudes, wrong order and overcharged.Whould have complained but whats the point just won't ever return to this location. Probably just go to Freebirds next time.
Worst Chipotle restaurant I've ever experienced. They are always late with online orders and the staff ignores the customers. There were over 15 people waiting for online order that were 30 minutes late, and the staff didn't do anything about it. This is definitely not the first time it happens, but its the last time that we ever go to that location.

Second time going and my food is cold. I’m pretty sure pork is not supposed to be cold. I tried giving them a second chance but now I feel like they’re not paying attention to what they’re making
Came in around 8:05, obviously you guys where busy but when im standing in line to check out with cash in hand and you serve 2 people who cut in front of me to get them etc. thing’s before serving me is a lack of respect to me as a customer. I waited in line just as everyone else did, never have I ever had to wait 5 minutes to hand someone cash. First time ive ever left $10 on the counter for someone to figure it out. Worst chipotle experience yet
My 3rd time here.This Chipotle location I would reccomend for anyone to try simply because of how accurate an fast they are with creating your order. This particular location on Beltine is very-very busy because of all the restaurants an shops. But they make sure all hands on deck for that very reason.
Food was really good, dining area could have been a little cleaner
While being a loyal chipotle regular at multiple locations I ordered through the app with double chicken and double black beans. And I got a tiny joke of a burrito with pitifully sized single servings. I always get the same thing so the size was noticeably significantly smaller than it should’ve been and I paid extra for it. So beware of this location.
Sadly this place continues to go downhill :(Really poor service - unhappy employees - dirty and indistinct from any other 'fast food' place. Used to be my favorite. Maybe new management (or a visit from the Health Dept) will make things better.
This was probably the cleanest chipotle I’ve ever seen and the food was super good compared to others. However the customer service was terrible, the employees almost seemed offended that they had to stop what they were doing to come take my order and check me out.

The website glitches and then have to go over that I bought it over 30 mins with the manager. Made me verify the same 30 min conversation in person like I was trying to get free food. Lol. Did everything to verify i paid and ordered the right location. Still forgot my guac, messed up my order and was cold.
What a joke, they refused to let me in the store with out a face mask and could not provide me one to order food at this establishment. It is not required by the state, county or other law governing agency that I must wear a facemask to be in public. So why do you forced me to wear a mask to eat here. This makes no sense and you should be ashamed for your actions.
We love chipotle, but we the ordering app is the worst! The app lost our order two different times. We will never group order from here again!
They were fast. And one employee in specific was very nice, good customer service. I asked for extra sour cream , and she didn’t mind it all, I’ve gone to other places where they don’t look so okay with me asking for more of that. But this employee was very polite. I liked going for my job lunch. Because it was super fast and efficient!
Worst customer service possible. I had done an online order for pickup and when I showed up, the attendant said I must've ordered at another location. She hadn't even seen my email confirmation for my order and automatically assumed I chose the wrong location! Then after that, I requested the manager immediately and she was no better. I complained to her saying your employees serving customers either need to be trained or by placed in the kitchen since they don't know how to speak to customers. Finally the manager looked up my order and said it was prepared but someone stole it and offered to remake my order.
The young people at this Chipotle work hard. However it's the worst Chipotle in north Dallas. Things go wrong frequently from month to month: chicken runs out, online orders are wrong during pickup, the rewards scanner next to the cashier for the app doesn't work...you won't find these problems on a consistent basis at other Chipotles in north Dallas.The Chipotle on Preston and Forest is the best in north Dallas. The Chipotle on Preston and Frankford is great. Avoid this Chipotle if you can. This is the one on Beltline and Monfort close to the Tollway.
A good Chipotle location. Went in the late evening and the food was pretty sad and left-over looking. However, the employees were very generous with their portions, so that made up for it somewhat. If you've got a need for Chipotle this is a good location to get it.

Staff is nice the rice and bean were a little under cooked but every else was well tasting. Wish they had fresh cilantro to top it off with. They were busy but the line moved quickly.
I frequent this outstanding place once a month as I like the good mood that is exist in this restaurant. The staff is highly cordial and well trained. The service is deeply efficient. Needless to say, the food you get is good. I have been there many times and I was always pleased. The payment is honest. I suggest this place to all my friends.
I’ve been here a few times in the evening and this staff has a horrible attitude and very poor customer service skills. You would think they’re giving the food to you for free.If it’s not terribly taxing, they could try actually greeting customers when they walk in. It’s quite rude to leave customers standing there unacknowledged for 5 mins while they do chores or talk amongst themselves. If they need a minute then they should say so, i.e., I’ll be right with you”.That is basic customer service. Won’t be returning.
The Barbacoa bowl is always a great choice. The food and service is consistently good at this location.

I am officially done with this location! The service here has steadily worsened as of late, specifically during the evenings. My last 3 visits have all been legitimately unpleasant. This particular crew (evenings) is incredibly slow & disorganized and, to make matters worse, wholly nonchalant about it. On more than one occasion, I've waited in line for an inordinate amount of time, especially for a Chipotle, and witnessed people who called ahead waiting for their orders as well. Twice, I walked out w/mine (after a long wait & slow service) before they did. I live right up the street from this place & have eaten here for years. I have seen it during better times, when their service was speedy & orders flew out the door w/ease. Maybe it still does during earlier shifts. Either way, I've seen enough & won't be dining here anymore. Perhaps one day it'll return to the typical Chipotle that we're all used to.
I have avoided chipotle for years due to concerns of contamination. I decided to give it a shot this weekend. My burrito was much better than I expected. The guacamole was really good and fresh. They were very busy, but the service was excellent. I will definitely go back.
Service is terrible. They act like they hate their jobs and it took forever to get our food because they had to make more steak and chicken but oddly enough everyone was getting their steak and chicken while we were waiting.
Waited over 35 minutes for my online order. Was never asked about my order even after standing by the Online pick up for over 35 minutes. Had to finally ask someone. Didn’t even offer a coupon or drink. When I finally got my order it was missing the queso, chips, and side tortilla. So I had to then wait again. Awful customer service. I wasn’t the only one waiting for my order. There were about 4 others with the same pick up time waiting. Will not be returning to this location.
ZERO STARS!!! I am deeply sadden by my experience here today! I will be making a formal written complaint!! The way my friend and I was treated only adds insult to injure with the racial crisis AND tension We are in!! Would love if Corporate can reach out to me so I can share my horrific experience at this location!! Loyal customer on the verge of boycotting Chipotle as a whole!!!
The food is fine, as consistent as one can expect. Unfortunately every time I’ve ordered food here for pick up (about 3/4 times), there’s something wrong with the order or they have me wait. I don’t know if there’s an issue with their website and the locations system. It’s fine when I order in person though.

The food has always been great but the staff at this location definitely needs to step-up their game. After the lunch rush, tables are left dirty for lengthy periods of time and no one seems bothered to clean them for customers. Not only that but they constantly fall behind In replenishing their foods. There have been countless times in which I had to wait up to 20-30mins for rice and even some of the meats.
Staff is friendly and restaurant always seems to be clean. The food has always been delicious everytime. Only thing I wish is that they would do bigger portions. Seems like when I first started going to Chipotle the scoops of everything we bigger and now I have to ask for extra or double of everything. Other than that though great place to get food on the go or stop in for a bite!
Placed online order for my kids lunch. The delivery time was set for 10:51am. My kid calls me at 11:30am telling me he did not receive his food. Checked the status and found out that the ordered was cancelled. No email notification or phone call to let me know that ordered was canceled, so I could make alternate arrangement for kid’s lunch. Had to call to understand what happened and was told they could not delivery so they canceled at 11am, which is still not in time. Seems like there is critical communication breakdown. Very bad experience, will not be ordering here again.
This was our first time here. The food was great! Had a hard time hearing the young ladies behind the counter but that could just be me. My only complaint is they only have one high chair.
This was in my food (sticker on veggies), and they are closed now. Had to wait for white rice and there was no chicken ready, 9 minute wait, settled for another option. Smaller than normal portions.
I have never seen a more dirty restaurant. The food counter was filthy. The trash can was overflowing. The restaurant floor was filthy. It has been over 15 years since I was in one. I will never go back.
Good option if you want to eat salad or burrito, love the decoration
